Executive Director Biography
Masato Kunii
Born in Mito, a suburb of Tokyo, in December 1957.
Graduated from Keio University Faculty of Commerce. Advanced to Keio University Graduate School of Business Administration. After graduating from graduate school, he worked at Sumitomo Business Consulting (now known as The Japan Research Institute, Limited, a leading think tank in Japan), engaging in economic analysis of domestic and international investment projects and corporate acquisition activities. Subsequently, he founded Kooney’s Ltd. and has served as its representative director to the present. During this time, he has held positions such as Visiting Chief Researcher at the Institute For Financial Affairs, Inc., affiliated with Japan’s Ministry of Finance, and Chief Researcher at the Japan PFI/PPP Association, leading Japan’s PFI initiatives.

代表董事經歷 國井正人
1957年12月生於東京郊區的水戶。
畢業於慶應義塾大學商學部（商學士）。
進入慶應義塾大學大學院經營管理研究科，獲得經營學碩士學位。大學院畢業後，在住友銀行系的研究顧問機構住友商業顧問公司（現為代表日本的智庫，即日本綜合研究所）從事國內外投資項目的經濟性分析和企業收購業務。之後，創立了株式會社國井公司，擔任代表董事至今。曾任日本政府財務省系列的金融財政事業研究會客座主席研究員，以及領導日本PFI的日本PFI・PPP協會主席研究員等職。
